Morning rise. A haunting voice cuts through the freezing air. Father calls to heed his warning; filled with such despair. "If you want to hold this kingdom, you cannot trust the wolves. Lead them to slaughter. Turn them to fodder on which your kingdom will grow!"
But how? I was honor bound from this hallowed ground where my kingdom was found. We have torn it all asunder.
There are no gods here where I am from. Crimson swords will test a hole in the sky. And vengeance will be mine. We will cross the waves and conquer all. One by one until no one's left alive. For bloodlust is our cry. Ulfhednar we will-
Through these woods, an eerie calm. The sign of approaching death. "Steal yourselves. Your cause is just. Now cut these mongrels down." Our brothers killed, our bodies broken. Yet we still remain. You will pay a thousand fold for whom you have betrayed. But now we escape unbound from this hallowed ground where my kingdom was found. We await the reconning.

Withering Earth Melbourne, Florida

Conceived by Greg Moir in april of 2014, Withering Earth soon began taking form. With Greg on guitar and vocals, he enlisted Dick Wisby on Lead Guitar later that year. Shortly afterwards, Keith Harris came aboard on drums to nearly complete the link. After a short lived run with bassist Johnny Smink, Robert McGregor was eventually welcomed into the Wither-realm as their official bass player. ... more
